Tasting Note
From the Côte Chalonnaise region of Burgundy, it is a blend of two noble grape varieties Pinot Noir (82%) and Chardonnay (18%), the sparkler has refined and elegant bubbles. The aromas are delicate of red berries, pear and lemon peel. The palate echo further with vibrant fruitiness that layered over a sturdy structure of finesse, persistent and precision. A good start to a party and pair well with fresh shellfish.
