Of all the Finca Ambrosía wines, this is undoubtedly the freshest, fruitiest, and easiest to drink. It's also the purest in its expression of a mountain malbec, in this case, from vineyards planted on alluvial soils rich in calcium carbonate at an altitude of 1,250 meters in Gualtallary, at the foot of the Andes. Here there are notes of flowers, ripe red fruits, and herbs in the middle of a juicy palate. It's easy to drink and seems fluid, with creamy tannins and firm acidity. Ideal for blood sausage.
