Tasting Note
Northern Tasmanian summers are sufficiently Long, providing mild ripening that is expressive of our unique terroir. Small batch, whole bunch fermentation, 30% new French oak, gentle plunging, 12 months maturation and minimal fining and filtration are the philosophical backbone for this wine – we aim to intervene a little to make a wine with a lot.
