Tasting Note
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, aged in barrels for 12 months, then lightly fined and filtered. It is a fruity and crunchy wine, with notes of red fruits, it has a lightly spiced and slightly woody flavour with a pleasant structure in the mouth.
