Tasting Note
The 2015 Moulin A Vent les Michelons underwent carbonic maceration and aging in neutral oak barrels. There is an attractive strawberry shortcake scent on the nose, generous, perhaps obvious but still you find it charming. The palate is fresh on the entry with sappy red berry fruit, a fine line of acidity and a slight saline note on the aftertaste. —Neal Martin, Robert Parker Wine Advocate (09/2017)
